The recent Aari work event held in Bellary stands as a proud and historic moment in my journey. Being part of such a grand occasion was not only an honor but also a deeply fulfilling experience.
As the State Secretary of the Karnataka Aari Workers Council, I have had the privilege of attending numerous programs across the state. However, this event was particularly special, as I was invited in my capacity as the National Adjudicator of Nobel World Records.
The event was exceptionally organized by Bellary District Secretary Vasanthi P, along with her dedicated district team. It served as a vibrant platform that showcased the immense talent, creativity, dedication, and unity of Aari artisans. The gathering marked a significant milestone for the Bellary district and highlighted the growing strength of the Aari community.
During the program, we emphasized the importance of building a strong federation and shared our vision for the future. Discussions focused on the need for proper recognition, certification, and structured support systems to uplift Aari workers across Karnataka. These initiatives are essential in ensuring sustainable growth and empowering artisans at every level.
One of the most inspiring aspects of the event was witnessing the confidence and empowerment of women through Aari work. Their passion and progress truly reflect the transformative power of skill development and community support.
I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Vasanthi P and the entire Bellary team for organizing such a meaningful and record-worthy event. Their efforts have set a benchmark for future initiatives.
Together, we move forward with unity, strength, and a shared vision for empowering every Aari artisan.
